Our Mentor Program is designed to introduce and strengthen leadership abilities in our local youth.  The members go through an application process which includes a personal interview and terms of an agreement.  The applicants accepted into the program are given extra responsiblities and those that honor their agreements are acknowledged with level advancement and/or rewards.  Part of the program involves mentoring our middle school membership.  This involves brainstorming, planning and implementing programs.  There are 3 tiers of mentorship with varying levels of commitment required.  This program is in place to build job experience.  They are able to earn a solid recommendation for employment or college.
